Otis is one of the hundreds of dogs who are saved by Southern Hope's transport program. His new family sent us this update:Hi! We wanted to update you on Brady (formerly known as Otis). We adopted Brady on October 10th, 2009. On his first day home he ate a winter coat and a wooden chair. But things got better quickly! We just graduated from Manners I class. Brady now walks nicely on his leash, sits when told, and LOVES his people. He is still a theif- stealing mostly stuffed animals.
Brady needs lots of excercise (runs and walks) and loves to go to Doggie Daycare to play with his dog friends. It turns out that Brady isn't a Border Collie mix. We did DNA testing and he's Chow Chow, Dalmation, and Doberman. This explains why he was fired from his job herding/chasing geese at the golf course! He's not a Border Collie at all!
